We have received several reports of problems with photo orders from the Spring 2016 season. We have received this response from the provider:

We are so sorry that the service you have received to date has not lived up to the TSS standard. My reps at TSS Headquarters will provide assistance to try and resolve any issues with orders placed and received. Contact us directly at 877-688-7427 or email us at email@example.com. To help us better serve you please have your order confirmation number if available. It will have a V or VG prefix. Also the athlete’s name, the nature of the issue (missing or incorrect product, incorrect image, etc). Once we have this info, we will do our best to provide you with a resolution.
