Picture Day and Isaac’s Fundraiser Forms Available

Coaches: forms for picture day are available for pickup at 33 E. Lemon St. Lititz PA 17543, in a box on the front porch. Each packet has the team/coach name on it; please send a representative from your team to get the forms so they can be distributed. If you have any questions, please contact Aaron Schwartz at pictures@lysc.org.

Additionally, each packet contains slips to be handed in if families participate in our Isaac’s fundraiser, scheduled for May 4. We ask that these be distributed to parents at the same time as picture forms. The electronic version of the slip is available here.
