1) The target size is 640x480 pixels (or 480x640) for images.
Resizing your images is no problem if they are bigger.
We make exceptions for extraordinary images. If you have
a really good image, we'll find a way to share it at the
best possibly quality.
2) Quality; not quantity.
Pick out your best ones. Don't do a picture dump.
But if you have a lot of good pictures, go ahead and send them.
3) Provide a little information. The date and team and location
would be helpful. We can't place captions on every picture but
we do welcome captions for goals and notable events.
4) Pictures should be current.
We know you took some great shots last year but we're looking
for pictures from the current season.
5) Action and smiling faces.
A proven recipe for great pictures.
6) Spread the publicity.
Take pictures of all players, coaches, assistants, etc. We want
everybody in on the action.
7) Movies are encouraged, too! If you have the ability to
create MPEG, QuickTime movies, or Windows Media files, go ahead
and submit them. Do your best to distill these down to the very
best (and reasonably short) clips as movies tend to consume a lot of
web space and bandwidth.
